Down To Earth

I have done hundreds of Headstand so far but last night i tried to challenge my self to something more challenging. I do a sets of headstands in variations. I spread my hands wide opened. By doing this pose it gives more chance for me to activate the cores in my body specially upper and middle core. Next to learn will be doing handstand with one hand and then with two hands are lifted.
